When you place an order on Greatlife.ie, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute a binding contract until your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of:

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely via Kustom Checkout and Stripe.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery within Ireland via DHL and UPS.

Delivery options include:

• Service point / access point collection

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
