Magnesium 300

Magnesium 300 from Innate Response contains three highly absorbable forms of magnesium that contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function. Magnesium 300 also contains spinach that is naturally rich in magnesium. The amount of oxalates is extremely low.

Magnesium 300 contributes to electrolyte balance, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and to normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium 300 also contributes to normal protein synthesis, to the maintenance of normal bones and to the maintenance of normal teeth. Not known to many magnesium also contributes to normal psychological function and has a role in the process of cell division.

Suggested use

Kan magnesium hjälpa mot sömnbrist?

Ett tecken på kronisk magnesiumbrist kan vara sömnlöshet.
